As far as I know, the plastic tanks cannot be reparied. Are you sure you want a 46, or was that a typo for 36?

 

The repair kit is ATVPro, from urethanesupply.com. You will need high density weld rod for these are high density polyetheline tanks. Works great. They are very helpful, know alot about repairing plastics. The fix took less than 20min for two cracks.

 

The plastic tank can be repaired by the method described, and also JC Whitney has a 2 steel tanks one 45 gal and one 55 gal. The 45 will fit on standard vans, including swb, but will hang low. The 55 is for motorhomes etc.
