I would have to say looks/lifting/ or if you must lowering. The reason being, if you bought a truck, unless you have the HEMI or the SRT-10 you really are not going to be going very fast, without going very expensive, but enough said, a truck isn't a sports car, or dragster, I would have to say looks/lifting because thats what really brings out the look on your truck, are you gonna look at the guy thats going 100 and think or the guy thats going 65 and has a bad *** lift, some big tires and a beefy exhaust? Also when you look like that people don't think about how fast you go, just the fact that you look mean.
You guys look at the rice burner that has the most under the hood or the one thats got the rims and the ground effects and street glow and the wing on the back?

Thats my 2.

Very true, Looking at a 502 for my street rod, BLOWN!!!

Its not that I need that much HP and Torque, But just that I want it...

I would also include comfort stuff like window visors which could be considered looks, along with performance. My truck is basically stock looking except for a couple Ram head stickers and splash guards.
