I am new to the forum. I want a fairly cheap way to increase my horsepower on my 98dodge ram 1500 stickshift. Wondering if items like turbonator and the hurrican resistors are any good. And only realy need the extra power when towing a trailer.
I'd go with a Superchips. It had a towing mode on it. I would also check out running Amsoil in your truck. You would be suprised what a good quality synthetic can do for you engine.
Most auto parts where I live DO NOT carry it. However, you can order it off the internet. You could also call them up and see if there is a dealer in your area.
