I am installing an led light bar and I need to hook up my reverse light. Does anyone know what the color code is for the wire I need to splice into? I have a 2005 Ram 1500. I could do it with a meter but I am here alone and can't put the truck in reverse and get under it to check. If anyone knows and can answer soon, I thank you. If not I'll just wait until I get some help!

 

I just finished installing a Mopar trailer tow wiring package and it included a reverse circuit for the trailer. According to the instructions, the VT/BK wire on the '03 and prior, and teh WT/LG wire is for the '04 and beyond. This is found at the left rear tail light assembly, but I'm sure it keeps its color further up the wiring harness along the left frame rail.
