Default Hi Hemiheads I need some advice...

I've been tossing around the idea of adding some aftermarkets, and would like to start with a chip of some sort, what would you all recommend a aftermarket parts newb such as myself ? lol be easy on me, I don't usually post to often and come to think of it I can't remember posting at all for quite some time...

The only other thing I installed is a Trueflow intake w/ filter which seems to help me with my gas milage but in terms of performance I don't think I can actually feel it as much as some people have with other makes. I'm looking to add as much H.P as I can without getting intohuge mechanical upgrades and such, also some advice on a kick butt exhaust system would be helpful as well...

thx in advanced friends

One word you have to remember when wanting HP is Flow.2nd SYNTHETIC Fluids & greases. 3rd you want to make heat in the combustion chamber but want to get rid of it as fast as possible.

I,ve put chips in other cars and trucks of friends with no increase and done some that have helped. My suggestion is to stay away from chips and go with a programmer insted. CAI will help some, but prolly in the butt dyno only. Exhaust helps, Open up the front then open the back. The exhaust is a problem area for some. Some feel go as big as possable for diameter. I have heard people say ,But I have a turbo and need a bigger exhaust. My answer is o.k. junior, If you think so. Back pressure is importent. My info and mechanichal know how is from the world of cars. I personaly have only owned a total of three trucks. Now possably a fourth.[8D]
