Default Backrack and Tonneau Cover

I just picked up an 02 1500 QC. Love the truck!

It came with a soft tonneau cover, and I want to put a backrack on it, along with the cover. Will I be able to do this? Im not sure how the backrack mounts. The cover just has the clamps on it.

the backrack mounts right in the post holes and sits on top of the rail, so it will most likely be in the way of the cover

It will be in the way, but its only going to make about 3-4 inches not roll up at the end, so it wont be to bad.

forgot to mention, you will have to cut holes in the cover for the back rack to go through for mounting. If your ok with that, then it shouldnt be a problem.
