A light came on the dash and saids there is a lamp out.The only lights that won't come on is the brakes. We changed the brake switch and that did not work. We changedthe bulb in the middle light on the cab of the truck. They still are not working and the other bulbs look good. Any Sugestions???????

 

you may have to use some dielectric grease on the bulb you replaced. if that doesnt work you may have to go throughout your truck and physicaly check every bulb. the computer shoots a little voltage through each lamp to check for continuity. if nothing is returned it gives you that message, and it could all be just a weak connection.

 

A common problem on your truck is the tail light strip that the bulbs sit in. You will eventually haveto replace this. Isell alot of the strips because the lamp out light is on.
