Power wagon05 or the laramie05
Hey, I'm looking for other people's inputs for a new vehicle, I live in Prince George, and I do alot of work outside of Fort.st.James/outside area of mackenzie so the roads are usualy rough (also recreation hauling like dirt bikes/snowmobiles)so on these two,
first the 2500,dodge power-wagon 05, which is used (both vehicles are) has just under 60k km, no problems so far, it was kept in urban areas
secondly the 05 dodge laramie1500, their roughly the same price with the laramie being 21k km, well taken care of.
I'm in favor of the power-wagon at the moment seeing as im more an outdoors type, I just want to be sure im not missing anything if I go with the Power-Wagon. some might be able to pick easily but Ive been driving an 93 dodge for awile. anyhelp is appreciated and if this is in the wrong forum section I apologise.

I'll be the first to voice my opinion
as nice as laramie's are the power wagons are badass trucks, i'd take capabilities overluxury any day, get the Power Wagon. Are they regular cab? quad cab?Does that power wagonhave a manual tranny? If so then that'd be thenail in the coffin for me.Also a 1500 dodge ram (evena laramie)is like an ***-everybody has one, the Power Wagon is much more unique. If you drive rough roads and haul/pull alot, the PW will be setup better to suit those needs.

Well, depending what you're doing, the Laramie is fine. I've been all over and pulled many things. My suspension is stiff enough. On my options list it showed a spring upgrade. I own a 31' 5th wheel camper that hauls fine behind it. If I pulled loads like that all the time I think I might want the 2500. Apparently, the brakes are only 1" bigger on the back and the same on the front for the 2500 and the Hemi has the same tranny as the 2500's so other than the frame, and the highth, there's not much difference I think. Just don't pick a pretty one if you're going in the bush much. Save some sadness...
Other than that, pick the one with the loudest stereo... LOL
