If it just started, I would look at your tires first. Make sure the pressure and balancing is good. If your driveshaft was going bad, you would feel it throughout all your speeds not just higher cruising speeds. Vibrations at higher speeds usually lean towards tire problems. Since your truck is an '06, I would be inclined to look at the pressure of the tire or see if there is alignment issue.

I had a vibration a while ago and it turned out to be that a balncing weight on the inside of the wheel had fallen off. It was hard to notice but if you look carefully you can see where the weight leaves a stain on the wheel.

If you hear a clicking noise at lose speed, such as in a parking garage, it could be your U joints. I have an 02 and have had mine replaced twice

I have a 2002 over here in the UK and I have a mysterious noise, basically its a rotation dull and knock or ticking sound that occurs when warm and only at low speed and when the drive line is off load. We have checked the prop, joint, diff etc for movement and cant find anything. Any thoughts?
