I want to boost my 06 4.7l ram dose anyone know of any kits out there or how much boost the stock motor will take? i dont want a lot of power out of it i just want another 100hp

 

My man, 100 HP isa LOT! Getting an additional 100 HP out of a motor that only produces 235 will take major mods, or minor mods and a healthy shot of NOS. You should have spent the extra $1000 for the HEMI and gotten thesame totalHP in stock form with a warranty!

http://www.procharger.comwill be your best bet, but I don't think they have anything that is an exact fit. I know they have stuff for the 5.9L and the HEMI's. Regardless, it will cost you $$$.

Thanks I wanted the hemi ora cumminsi had a p.o.s. the only way i could get a truck was find the one with most rebates its a good truck i want to liven it up a bit i was thinking about boosting it anda comptuer programer so i could adjust it for towing and every day driveing or haveing a little funbut my goal is300hp 365lb of torqueand i would be happyif you or any one else has any suggestions i wouild apperashate it.

 

Typical mod's are chip, cold air package, underdrive pulley, cat-back system or a full exhaust system with headers.Though each mod might claim to give 10-20 HP each, don't believe that simply adding up the claims will give you the actual output. You'll probably only get 30-40 more HP. Of course, that will make a noticable difference, plus it will sound much more bad a$$!
