Is this the foglight kit for 2004 SLT

Hi all, newbie here. Just goy an 04 Ram 1500 Quadcab SLTwith a nice 4.7 and only 20000 miles. I want to add fogs and I see I have a plug on the drivers side frame behind the dummy light. What kit do I need? Is this it? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/02-03...spagenameZWDVW
