If you have money, it's no problem. The hood runs around $1000 by the time you have it painted and installed. The rear spoiler is somewhere between $500 and $700, plus paint (although you can get an aftermarket spoiler for less). The wheels are several thousand dollars. Even used, I've seen them on eBay go for $2500 with no tires. So just open that wallet, and let her fly.
I'd wait until March and get the SRT-10 spoiler and tonneau cover. Those mods would all be tight on that truck. If you want to I'd suggest lowering the front suspension a bit, I believe the 4X4 Rams are four inches higher in the front than the 4X2s.
if you want it to be more like the srt-10, why not get a supercharger instead to close in on the power gap? unless all you care about are the looks? or better yet, swap out that heavy 4x4 auto transmission with a 6-speed manual RWD one. i think rims that were made for the srt-10 put on a truck that isn't one is rather ricey, same with the hood (you can still get a single scoop hood i'm sure, just make sure it's functional and that you get the ram air intake kit to go with it otherwise it would be pointless heh)
