My 1500 has a leaking plenum gasket, so I borrowed a friends 2500 with the 5.9 L6.

Holy moly, that thing towed my little 4000# trailer like it wasnt even there, I actually could not tell the difference after I hooked it up.

I have truck envy now. [:'(]

 

drive one that puts down 400+hp to the wheels then you'll be selling your 1500

Seriously going to get a diesel ASAP though, its just too easy to tow, and better mileage to boot.

 

I am surprised you have not already got it. I knew I was trading my hemi for one before I even test drove it.

 

Yeah, but realistically for me to get a diesel Dodge, same year as mine (larger cab though), I would need to come up with at least 6 grand.
