turn signal does not work when wipers are on
I have a 2004 ram 1500 the turn signal works when the wipers are on low but when the wipers are on high the turn signals don't work properly, also my wipers don't move to their fastest setting when this happens

I seem to remeber a few post on here referancing an issue with the steering column pinching wires and causing problem. You might look into that if you use your tilt steering often.
