i dont know what kindof axles my truck has. it has a 3/4 tone diff but has the half tone bolt pattern.
i will add some pics later.

 

A 1973 model should have the 8-3/4" rear and Spicer 44 front. 3/4 tons were Spicer 60/44 and one tons were either 60/60 or 70/60 for dually.

Later half tons came with the 8-1/4 or 9-1/4 rear, but retained the 44 front.

If the truck you speak of is the one in your avatar, that's not a '73. That body and grille was '81-'85.
