PAINTABLE BUMPER

i have the original back bumper of the dodge (which is chrome) i was wondering if it is possible to paint it

you should be able to paint it just make sure you scuff the chrome with some sand paper then prim it with a good primer and it should hold paint i mean i may be wrong be it should paint just like any other part
