I figured out the air intake is not blocked. The fan works but is making a sound as is it where partially blocked. The fan blows hot air and cold air but the amount of air coming out of the vents is alot lower than normal. It was working fine one day and then the next day I am having this problem. One day it worked normal and then the next the problem is back.

How would I fix this?
