I have a vibration in the steering between 40 an 50 mph, I have rotated the tires and it did not change seems to be worse when its cold. you can see the steering wheel slightly bounce when it vibrates it seems to fade after driven a while any ideas? and how do you know if the front wheel bearings are bad besides pulling them.
