I bought a ram 1500 from a dealer they claimed they sent the title in the mail because they had a title company sign it. I never found it in the mail. They got it from a dealer and they claim they need the owner before that dealer to get a new title in order for me to have one. This is in Delaware. Does anyone know what I can do.

 

by the way the dealer I got it from was in delaware and I live in PA
