1998 4500.00 Bucks, Thats not so cheap, its really pretty close to all that the truck is worth, 1998 Fords and GMs are now in that ball park depending on thier over all condition, one truck, one price, its not setting the market for all 1998 Dodges.

I was saying that it was "cheap" because of the amount of miles on it though. How much approx would you say that, that truck is worth?

I have seen new trucks with 60,000 Km ( 35,000 miles ) that are toasted and I have seen a lot older trucks with 200,000 Km ( 150,000 miles or so ) that run like new.

If the truck has been maintained and looked after, mileage is not all that important, esp on a older truck, case in point, my 06 2500 Ram has hit 80,000 Km in three years, thats abought half the miles of the 98 Ram, My truck still runs like new, I have spared no expense keeping my truck up.

Bear in mind that on a older truck, repairs can end up costing more than the truck, but if you have a truck to work with, repais can cost a lot less than payments on a new truck.

I bet 3500.00 wood drive the Ram home.
