anyone heard of those 'Tornado Air System' things?
with carborated engines or throttle plate injection it would work since the fuel is delivered at the front end of the intake manifold.
for fuel injected engines where the injector sits right next to the intake valve, waste of money.
all it does is disturb the incomeing air to help in the mixing of the air fuel mixture and the atomizing of that fuel charge. with engines of today the injector does a good job at atomizing the fuel charge

there is a thread in the PCM and fuel section on it, heres a link https://dodgeforum.com/m_155846/tm.htm
