What is the best lift brand to go with? 4"-6" Lift

Does this truck have MSD? how can you tell if it does or not...I do not see any thing on the panel that lights up.

What is a E-Fan ? Electric add on fan maybe...

Im looking for a lift also, thinking rough country 5". Mega cab hemi i assume does not have msd.. E-fan is electric fan, i think good for about up to 10hp.. Both of the programmers you list are good.
