JET Module problems - 2004 Hemi???
It turns out that the dealer could not clear the ECU errors, and they had to order a new ECU for my truck. I am not at all impressed with their technical abilities thus far, so we will see Monday if that is the real problem or not. It was not the intake that was causing the issues. I had installed a JET stage II performance module a month ago, and this is when the ECU began reporting all of these errors, although I did not get any warnings or problems until last week. The dealer is saying the JET chip blew the ECU up, hence, the 600 dollar replacement comes from my pocket and is not covered under the warranty. If the ECU fixes the Electronic Throttle problems on my truck, I will go to JET and try and recoupe some of my losses, although it will most likely be a losing battle.
My symptoms were Electronic Throttle warnings on the dash (red lightning indicator at bottom right of instrument cluster) followed by my truck dying on me while driving. Turning the key off/on would clear things up for a few miles. Has anyone heard of problems like this from these modules?

I've heard of all kinds of problems happening to vehicles because of the Jet Chip. No way your ECU would have gone that soon without an outside interference. I've not heard of any ECU issues on the new Hemi whatsoever, and this seems like a serious one, we would have heard something, I'd think. Keep us updated on the outcome on Monday.

I only use 93 octane fuel, before and after chip installation. The dealer reported several error codes that were stored in the ECU that began immediatly after the chip was installed. One of them was a CAM warning of some sort and I do not remember the other 3. I will post the exact error codes here Monday or Tuesday and also let you know if the ECU swap was the fix. I hope JET will be willing to accept some responsibility for this. If the ECU was in fact bad, the chances the JET module blew it up would be undeniable in my opinion.
