Default squeaky ps pump

first time here, anyways...

2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, 5.2l, 5speed, with a CEL on but doesnt effect drivability and I think cel's are a waste of time unless the truck really isnt healthy anymore.....regular cab short bed, fun truck. Anyways the power steering pump is gettin squeaky. Not like a squeal when you turn, just squeaky, like right behind the pulley. Makes me think it's a bearing maybe. Just over 100k last month. I'll switch out and try a new belt just to be sure. I'm wondering if these pumps are rebuildable or if I gotta go junkyardin for a donor. Thanks everybody.

btw...how common are these regular cab shortbeds with a 5.2 and 5 speed? I havent ever seen one like it. Either autos, or v6's.
