Default 00' Ram 1500 - Clicking/Tapping front end noise while turning?

I have a 00' Ram 1500 SLT off-road pkg, 5.9L V8, 120k on it.

I just started hearing a slight clicking, or tapping in the front end, sounds like it's right in the wheel-wells, when I'm turning; right or left?

I know nothing about trucks, just bought it a few months ago so not sure what's been replaced or what's in it now.

When I turn sharply I hear it the most, just started today.

I looked around, u-joint or ball joints? not a clue, need some help!
