Has anyone done a band adjustment on a 1998 ram 1500 4x4? I am looking for the tool. Kind of weird even the folks at a dodge dealer could not tell me where I could get one. Anyone know where I can get a tool? Thanks for the help.

 

go get a cheapie thin walled 1/4 drive metric socket set. The thing you are talking about is kinda squared. Just take the socket and beat it on there, the socket will conform to the adjuster without messing it up. It worked for me.... Also, make sure you have a good torque wrench, and you will need a 1/4 to 3/8 adapter all of which are in expensive.
