If it's anything like the LA engines, it's located on top of the block, at the back near the firewall, at the base of the intake manifold.

It's on the back of the engine... you'll have to hang in from the top and reach down or go underneath reach up... it's just over the trans on the back of the engine, I believe.

Back of engine, on passenger side of distributor.
