Default Dual Exhaust and Oxygen Sensors

I'm going to be building a true dual exhaust system for my '96 ram. My design takes into consideration required amounts of backpressure, obstacles to the exhaust underneath the truck, etc, but I do not know what is going to have to be done with the oxygen sensors. What do I have to do to make sure my ECU is still getting the correct readings from my sensors with the dual exhaust?

I believe I saw it in jegs, but dont hold me to that... its a little module that you plug into the rear O2 sensors and it fools them into thinking you still have a cat. If you throw you some magnaflows on there, you will still see much more flow over stock, but will have a little backpressure.

What you are referring to is called a mil (malfunction indicator lamp) eliminator. What it does is fool the computer into thinking that there are still cats on there. I needed them when I took out the stock h pipe on my mustang and put on an o/r x (no cats).

Just be careful, Many areas are now hooking the exhaust up for a "sniff test" during the inspections. I don't know if they have annual inspections in your state but they do in NY.[:@] If the equipment does not detect cats, the vehicle fails inspection.
