Hi all. My first post here. I am working on a 96 2500 4x4 with the Dana 60 front axle. It really needs new axle seals but it appears changing them would be akin to doing a root canal through through the anus. Anybody got any tips, tricks or advice on tackling this? Are the "special tools" referred to in the Haynes manual really necessary?
