I have 2001 Dodge Diesel. The center, front seat belt needs to be replaced and I can't figure out how to access the bolts underneath the seat. There seems to be no room to work with even wothout a tool. Does anybody have a suggestion for this?

More than likely you have to pull the seat, its not hard the seat bolts are easily accessable, and the center console is very simple to remove
