Default Tranny Cooler?

I just had my tranny rebuilt and they install a tranny cooler that is in front of the AC condensor. The original one is sandwhiched in between the condensor and radiator and not doing anything now. Is the one that they installed enough cooling? I was thinking about hooking it up so that it first runs threw the aftermarket cooler then the stock cooler so there would be 2 coolers. Would this cool down the fluid to much?

Thanks

that would depend on which one they installed for you, hope it is a plate and fin model/style. i aslo recently had my trans rebuilt and put this cooler on my truck, my truck never did come with a tow package so with this said my trans lasted 63,000 miles. anyway here is the cooler on my truck

and it is hooked up my itself at the moment been driving around for two weeks now before i do any towing with it have to take it easy at first on this new trans. i do need to put a temp gauge on it just to mointor the temp. as for two coolers it also depends on where you live what kind of climate, as for myself i am in the rocky mountains.

the reason they didnt use the old cooler is because the old cooler catches particles from the old tranny, and you dont want them circulating in the new tranny.

I was told the only way to re-use the stock cooler is to have it flushed a couple of times to clean it out
