<FONT size=2>I'm new to this sight, but it's cool to find one where everybody can give their opion. After 34 different cars in 16 years im sold on Dodge. Always grew up around MOPARS.I currently have a 97 RAM.It's a 5.9 4x4 short bed standard cab red sport. I bought it new in 97 and it now has 56000 miles on it with absolutely no problems. Mods so far are a 6 inch suspension lift, two inch coil spacer, and three inch body lift. It rolls on 38.5x15.5x15 superswamper radials on 15x12 mickey thompson challenger rims. All parts of the lift, arms, shocks,u bolts and track bar have been chromed. I installed a billet grille and billet fog lamp covers and limo tinted the back and side windows, plus billet antenna and clear front corners. I try to keep it looking clean by not bolting on too much stuff. Inside i have a billet pedal kit,2 12 inch Kicker solorbaric woofers,2 6.5 mids and 2 titanium tweets powered by a 1000 watt kicker to the woofers and a 400 watt for the mids and tweets. The cap and fuse block is mounted under the drivers seat on a custom rack and the front of the speaker box is 1/2 inch clear plexi with 1/4 inch red on top to give it a red neon glow at night around the woofers and the amps that are built into the box. I have a sony deck with a kicker eq right now but im going back to an eclispe deck soon. The dash kit has been molded around the deck andeq and is color matched to the truck, and the speaker cloth behind the speaker grilles on the door panels are also red. Thats it for interior. The bed liner is a light grey spray in by speedliner and has been great with no fading or peeling in 6 years. Only engine mods are a KnN inbox and 3 chamber flowmaster. I had a Jet chip and had nothing but problems with it so it's gone. The truck more then holds it own on the dunes in pismo where i live. Sorry to hear that not everybody is happy with their rams, but every brand has their lemons. My leadworker has gone through 4 trannys in his powerstroke and 2 turbos, and my buddy had oil leaking from every seal in his brand new Tahoe to the point Chevy bought it back as a lemon, so its not just Dodge.<IMG src=smileys/smiley16.gif border="0"></FONT></P><edited><editID>Legal hi</editID><editDate>37970.0696180556</editDate></edited>

think i understand the question. a guy down the street has them on his
4.7L and its fairly loud, not loud enough for me, can't wait to get
them for myself after christmas. ive had those mufflers on two
vehicles, soon to be three, i personally love them.

I'm doin' my part for the economy too.....</P>
Between the New Ram (and it's mods)and theNew20' Alumaweld (and it's mods), both of which were"bought" in the last 18 months, I've got at least$60K sittin' in the driveway.... and I couldn't be happier with 'em!!! <IMG src=smileys/smiley32.gif border="0"></P>
The bank owns'em both, butthey let me maintain 'em and the best part is,Ican use 'em whenever I want.... as long as I keeppaying them on a monthly basis for the privilege....<IMG src=smileys/smiley36.gif border="0"> </P>
Pics are available (thankstoDodgegirl19) in the Newbie Forum </P>
PS~ I had an employee once who sounded very much likethe Moose onthis forum....I was instrumental (as were many others)in having him removed from the organization. Attitude isthe difference between finding success, orfinding the nextreason for failure.... He was alwayslooking for the latter, and I was always looking for the former... Oh well..... <IMG src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0"></P>
