Fogged headlight assembly/ warranty

I noticed my pass side headligh is fogging up. Is this a warranty item? I think it is?!?! Any comments?

I bought my truck used and the previous owner had the same problem. Got it fixed under the 3-year bumper to bumper.

Yupp, should be covered. The dealer will check for leaks and probably use a heatlamp to evaporate condensation.
