Just a crazy question
Anyone know what size alternator is on the 2001 1500 QC 4x4? it's got the 360 engine.. i've heard three different possiblities..
i've heard a 80 something, a 117, and a 140 amp. any ideas or should i go shoot my foot. oh.. reason i want to know.. i just put two 10 inch infinity subs and a 1100 watt kenwood amp under the back seat.... bumbity bumb.

If you can find a part # on your alternator than this chart may help.

just make a trip to any MOPAR dealer.... go to parts and say "I need ot get a build sheet for my truck" they may say,what do you wanan knowe, jsut say.. ya need a printoutof the build sheet,thats all.... they need the VIN numberoff your dash or driversdoor. It gives you a full break down of every option..
