I have a knocking/clanking noise that is heard when you go over bumps (even little bitty bumps) on by 2000 Ram 1500 4x2. It sounds like it is coming from right front suspension area. I have crawled all around under the truck, had tire off and cant find anything loose. I know it is not the brakes as I just redone my front brakes last night. Any suggestions?

 

A few ideas: check the boots on the ball joints, the swaylink bushings and even see a crazy thing like an engine mount.
