Default 1996 Dodge 5.9 v8 Overheating

I changed my thermostat about 4 months ago. The engine is overheating after running about 15 minutes and water starts leaking from where the thermostat is located. It also keeps leaking after I have turned the engine off.

Should I change the thermostat again? or is there another problem?

Check this 1st, with the engine cold, start it up and grab the upper return hose to see if coolant is heating up the hose. If not & it overheats, then yes swap the t-stat & find out why your leaking fluid. I swapped mine earlier this year and found that the dodge gasket has sealant in it (not sure how) and was told by dodge to put it on dry & it will seal fine... it did.
