I Have a 04 QC Ram with 4.7. Looking @ all the different exhaust sites such as Flowmaster, Gibson, JBA, Magnaflow, etc and none list system for the 04. I called Flowmaster and they told me they don't have a system for the 04 4.7 just the Hemi. What is the diffeerance in the 03 and 04 4.7 exhaust? Will the 03 exhaust not work? I like the Super Street system by Gibson. Would it not just bolt in the same spot?

 

I had the same problem I have the flowmaster ($320 delivered) on my 04 and it fit like a champ. Most sites haven't updated there listings yet so i took a chance but it fit fine.

 

I wanted to get a cat-back but they were all a little pricey for me (college student). So I just bought a Borla Pro XS muffler and had it welded in at Midas. It's a straight-through design, not chambered like the flows.

 

Did you leave the resonator or remove it also? I believe the resonator will cause alittle power last due to flow restriction wouldn't it.

 

I have an '03. The '03s don't have resonators on them, only the '04s.
