That sounds like the same noise I'm getting, but that bulletin says it only applies up to '99 trucks... mine is a 2001. I've got Wednesday off, so I'll go back to the dealership and take the mechanic for a ride with me. Hopefully, this will get resolved BEFORE my warranty is up... [:@]

 

My '96 used to do that all the time, sounded like Someone hit my tranny with a hammer. My '01 does it every once in a while but it is not bad at all.
