I got the option to install a custom stainless steal Magnaflow system for my 2002 Dodge Ram 4.7. My buddy with the Hemi says it's too loud. My buddy with an Avalanche says it's quiet. Any suggestions or previous experience with the Magnaflow?

 

I happen to have the custom MagnaFlow system on my '02 Quad 5.9L with catback and 4 1/2in. chrome tips. The guys in the shop who installed it said they have never heard an exhaust sound so rich and mellow in tone. Everyone who has seen my truck can't stop talking about how great the exhaust sounds. I paid $300 for system and install altogether. It definitely isn't quiet, but yet it isn't deafening to the point that it's too loud. I give it a two thumbs up and definitely recommend it. Now all I need is an intake to complete the flow.
