MIL Again!!! Things Are Looking Up
All,
Reference the previous "MIL Again!!!" thread. I just got off the phone with the Service Manager of the dealership who sold us the truck (Jeep) and I have an appointment for this Thursday. That's sooner than the Dodge dealer's appointment and a whole lot faster than my first appointment time. The Service Manger embodies the characteristics that I expect from a good service Rep; he is genuinely concerned! So, things are looking up. I'll keep you posted - again thanks.
