Greetings all Dodge enthusiasts,
Before I correct my dipstick does anyone else have this engine that indicates 2-3 inches past the full mark when you add 5qts and a dry filter? I have had several 318's since the 60's but I have never seen one read this high on the dipstick. The engine and related parts all factory original, I have checked it hot, cold and warm, there is no air or debris in the oil and my oil pressure maintains normal levels.
I will very much appreciate any input to help settle my piece of mind over this.
