Just took truck on a 700 mile trip and it drove just fine. Came home rested a day went to get breakfast the next day and went to pull out of hardees but my truck wouldnt go forward. Goes in reverse fine and nothing loud happened like ive read everywhere. well i backed my truck into a parking spot and put it into drive again and worked fine. When i got to my first red light it happened again !! i had to get my truck home to i just pressed the gas here and there and it started to drive again and got me home. Whats the problem ? 115k 01 ram 1500 sport 5.9L 2wd

 

Take it to a trans shop and have it diagnosed.
