Ignition switch question
I have a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. It has a 120 volt outlet that I would like to use to charge my Harley Davidson Street Glide. The apartment I am in does not have any outlets in the garage. For the outlet to be live the ignition switch has to be in accessory mode. Any limitation on how long you can leave the switch in accessory mode, besides the time it takes to kill the battery? I did a check on the amperage draw of the trickle charger and it is under the limit of of the outlet so I am good there. Thanks in advance for any responses.
