Call around to mechanic shops in your area... ask them if they do dyno testing. Some do, some don't...

If you have a college that has a mechanics course, you could try there also. I have to drive about 45 minutes to a college, but it's free and the students will get to oooo and aaaah over your truck. That's where I'll be going soon.
