Default Cruise Control Help

2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport 4X4, 318 Auto. Warranty just ended (Murphies Law). The cruise control just stopped working, the dash light comes on but the cruise won't engage. I have had a look at the fuses and can't find any blown ones, traced the vacumm lines and they seem fine. any ideas???

Any help would be appreciated.

Default RE: Cruise Control Help

In my 97 dakota the steering wheel mounted switches got very "used" towards the end and I had to really press hard to make them switch on/off. Try a bit of force for a good duration. that worked fo rme.
