Default Pics of "Redneck" exhaust (glasspack)

Just got the glass pack put on. 18" nobody in omaha has the 24". Super nice deep sound, not "pappy". There was a guy with a hemi that had the flowmaster dual system out on before me and they sound about the same in tone and volume. I only paid $50 where he paid $350, $60 of it was for the stainless tips. Did a mpg comparison on the way to the shop and on the way back, mixed driving. 12.8 there and 14.1 back. Computer said 22 highway level road at 70mph 2000rpm. The Infinity system still has plenty of umph to cover the exhaust. If i can find a way of recording, I will upload a sound byte

Nice job, It's too bad you couldn't clamp it in place. Looks like a tight weld job, professional.

It could have been clamped on. But both the installer and I prefer welding. I have seen on a few clampons that if there is ANY pinhole size leak, it turns into a mess later.
