I bought a 2002 1500 with the overhead compuer but the truck did not come with an owners manual. It has the home link set-up but I don't know how to program it. Anyone?

I did it for my Dad's Caravan.

I am doing this from memory.

I assume you have the one with 3 buttons (dots).

First you need to delete the old code by holding button 1 and 3 at the same time for about 20 seconds until the display flashes.

You need to know if you have a 'rolling code' operator.

You have to hold the button you want programmed and the opener down at the same time for about 10 seconds to program that buttom.

Then, if you have a rolling code operater, you need to find the program button on the motor and push it until a light flashes. Then get back in truck and put the button twice. Some models you need to push three times.

Now, when I did this my mom's opener did not work, so I had to re-program it again. It will be nice if you have the manual for the door opener.
