K&N kit vs. filter

Right now in my '98 dodge ram 1500 4x4, i've got the stock air cleaner housing with a K&N filter. Would it be worth the money to upgrade to a full K&N FIPK intake housing? I'm not necessarily looking for power, because it has plenty of that. Just looking for fuel mileage.
