Have a grand, what should I get?
Ok, searched the forums, but can't find a related thread. I have come across a few extra bucks (around a grand), and would like to do some upgrades to my '04 RAM 1500 HEMI (just over 1,000 miles on it now).
I've ordered some custom decals and floormats, have already replaced the stock CD player with a new Kenwood and Polk db speakers, and plan to do some nice dark tint on the windows.
A couple of days ago, I ran against a custom F150 for about 1/2 mile, and beat it easily. This little "race" has me interested in doing some performance upgrades. I would like to do some power upgrades that DOES NOT hurt my gas mileage too much, as it is already low enough for me [

I can do auto mechanical work, however I've never had a truck worth trying to do performance upgrades. So, if you had around $1,000 to put into a dealer stock HEMI, what would you recommend getting? It has the limited-slip, 3.92 gears, and everything mechanical is still stock.
