Default Actual HEMI power?

ok, im not trying to insult dodge or dodge fans or anything, im just looking for clarification. i was on coloradofan.com today and read that HEMI's dyno at the crank at 345hp and at the rearwheel at 255hp. is this true? they said it was becuase of bad transmissions and some other stuff. once again, im not looking to get flamed here or to riducule dodge fans, i just am a bit curious about it. thanks!

Anywhere from 260 to 280 at the wheels. Depending on QC or Reg cab.

thats normal 20% drive line loss. Most cars lose from 10-20% driveline loss. Of course some are more or less than others. But there are much more complicated factors that I will not get into, like if say you have 80hp loss to the drivetrain and you add a supercharge your drivetrain loss is not going to increase, it's going to remain at 80hp...and so on.
